Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over £50) – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations outside our primary service areas (Asia and some remote regions excluded).

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium electronics with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided
  • Item must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright protection, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened AirPods and other in-ear audio products
  • Software and digital downloads (under Computer Accessories/Computing)
  • Opened karaoke microphones

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation once completed.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using the original shipping carrier for returns
