Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Item must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • AirPods and other in-ear audio products (opened packages)
  • Software and digital downloads (under Computer Accessories/Computing)
  • Karaoke microphones (opened packages)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
