Absolutely! We only source products directly from authorised manufacturers and distributors. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and brand new – we don’t deal in refurbished or used electronics.

1. Express Standard Shipping (£12.95): Fast, trackable delivery via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
2. Free Economy Shipping: For orders £50+ via EMS (15-25 business days)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Express Standard Shipping, you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. Economy Shipping offers basic tracking updates.
We ship worldwide to tech enthusiasts everywhere, excluding only a few remote regions in Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
All import fees are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. We believe in complete transparency about the total cost of your order.
Returns & Refunds
Not completely satisfied? Return any item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
